;) 🇺🇦 🌻 🇺🇦

US has spent $126b, Europe has spent $263b on military, humanitarian and financial aid over the period of the Russian/Ukrainian conflict. The CNN report correcting the incorrect (lie) quoted by Trump in his address to Congress.

Ukraine should offer a mineral rights deal to Trump, EU & UK.
For the area of Ukraine between the frontline of, say first of March, 2025 and the Ukraine/Russian border as of November 2013.

Included in the offer is a clause along the lines of “we need help from our allies to reclaim our land from unprovoked attackers.”

Once the stolen land is back in full Ukrainian control guaranteed by EU, UK & the USA all minerals extracted to be shared equally between all parties.

Trump makes deals and preposterous statements. Let him chew on something similar to this.

To put it in to sporting terms, it’s becoming more and more evident that Trump is batting for Russia.

You can shout and moan and bad mouth until kingdom come! You are mirroring the EU / UK mindset of doing as little as possible -

- they have no Plan B to offer Zelensky
- they have not the numbers (as per Starmer's boots on the ground waffle)
- they have neither the equipment nor technical (intelligence) prowess of the USA

The American initiation to peace, the oven ready deal on mineral mining rights is the only deal on the table. The EU / UK for all their bravado offers nothing but platitudes and promises to Zelensky.

Three years into the war, and what has the EU / UK done to prepare for the inevitable? The inevitable peace process. Nothing!

So the US is no longer able to negotiate from a position of strength? :S

Are you saying "strength" as in having to pay Europe's way?
Are you saying funding this war ad infinitum?

Or what?

My view is that NATO and other countries that came to the aid of the US after 9/11 should now bill the Trump administration for the billions it cost including loss of life that was sacrificed

. . . bill the Trump administration . . .
Mate, the EU / UK have already proffered the begging bowl in asking, pleading, for the US to provide 'security guarantees' for the "boots on the ground" as per Starmer. Your "billing" malarkey is a non-starter.

You’ve obviously bought the Trump line, so no point in answering.

Yes, "obviously" the common sense line.

Do you mean like Blair putting UK forces in harms way by joining the US in an illegal invasion of Iraq?

This wasn’t about Iraq, it was after article 5 was invoked on September 12th 2001 after the Al-Qaeda attacks on the US and NATO and other nations went to war against Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan

So let me get this straight. You think all the Countries that had a common purpose to help fight against Al-Qaeda, and supported the US in a (failed) war in Afghanistan should now send a bill the US? That doesn't even make any sense!

I know that would never happen
I am just making the point that all comrade Trump is interested in is the money and how much he can squeeze out of Ukraine,
As an aside Trumpski has been spouting about if the US was attacked, would NATO help out. Well, as I’ve said, the only time article 5 was invoked was after
9/11 and NATO did.
