American Air Museum reopening

In March 2015, the American Air Museum at the Imperial War Museum Duxford closed its doors for a year as it underwent a major refurbishment of both the building and the displays. A little over a year later, Saturday March 19 saw the public reopening of the museum giving everyone a chance to look at the changes that have taken place.

I'm going over there in May, Specially held off my intended date so that I could see the American Museum. Having seen the pictures, I can't wait.
Its been about 38 years since I last set foot in Duxford, so looking forward to all the other changes and additions that must have happened over the years.

Cheers

Not meaning to be pedantic or picky in any way, but the Duxford SR-71 serial is 17962. Good article, can't wait to go there again and remember the good old days. :)
