C 130 overshoot tonight ?

Hi all, i was passing Prestwick this evening and i saw what looked like a C130 doing an approach and overshoot then departed to the east. Im certain it was a C130 but i was quite a distance away....Just wondering if anyone caught it on the radio and if so where did it go ?
