Prestwick movements in 1973?

Are there any on-line databases of Prestwick movements that would go back as far as 1973? Civil and/or military. Thanks for any info!

You should try SCAN (Scottish Air News) produced by the Central Scottish Aviation Group (CSAG) They have archived logs available on CD.

Thanks, I was a member of CSAG back then but whether I have any newsletters in a box somewhere is another thing! I was specifically looking for any Prestwick logs for 9/4/73 when I noted an RCAF F-104 and 5 Sea Kings (but no confirmed serials) and Heron XR442.

Scan for that day only shows a BA 747 and Pan Am 707 as visitors.
104883 was test flown after storage.

819 NAS was the resident Squadron and 814 NAS had just formed in March with 4 aircraft.

Not specifically Prestwick movements as such but you may be interested in their 'Show Reports' section - found from Menu - Database - Show Reports - scroll down to UK & it has Glasgow Prestwick Airshow listings dating back to 1967.
