Half a dozen A-10s today with the full dozen due tomorrow!

Well apparently they won't let you go to the Mound off Shaw Farm Estate. Another alternative might be at Monkton.

I arrived at the mound in the morning, few cars and plenty of space to park. As the day went on more people arrived and sometime in the afternoon, when the road was fully lined, the police closed it to prevent stupid parking blocking access the the tower. Plenty of cars parked all the way up to and past the cemetery as we exited after the arrival.

After everyone left the police had left the signs but nobody to enforce it so could just have been for today due to how many people where arriving.

I think I heard on the scanner that the Sunday A10s departed R31 at Juliet coming back on at Kilo to backtrack the runway to be parked Northside but haven't seen any photos yet to confirm?

Thinking ahead to today's A-10 arrivals of where I would like to get them from.

05/06 - 2 x C2s at 1130 with A10s arriving 1800 & 1830. From Hobo 2 on the mound.
