N35GA passed through Prestwick Eastbound 9/10 Nov 2018 along with N405WK, N828CJ & N888FM. All registered to Lasai Aviation LLC. I'm pretty sure they're all in the same configuration & they've all been West/Eastbound a few times since from memory. No doubt they are under contract to a a "US Govt Agency", how do you know it's the US Army? (FPL remark OPR US Army perhaps?)
When they operated in service under tac callsigns it showed as OPR/USR.
