Loud fast jet noise from Leuchars just now. Anybody know I D of aircraft?

Confirmed as BATMAN11/12 9Sqn Typhoons. Were scheduled in for 15:20 but arrived slightly earlier

Coningsby Tiffie showing as ZK381 43C6D2 Typhoon04 just completed several circuits at Leuchars. Off back south now

Indeed Redcon, and the full Coningsby Callsign was Typhoon 104, which ties in as a 12 Sqn sortie, with 2 POB, one of them being an overseas pilot.

Yes, Leuchars have been quite desperate for visual circuits for controller training purposes!

ZK377 did T&G and ZK350 did 3 circuits. 14:50 25/02/21
