Lossiemouth - small log Mon 17th May

Post by johnwickenden » Mon May 17, 2021 7:29 pm

I don't normally venturers far north but work has brought me to Moray (admittedly not the best time to visit!)

Visitors noted this afternoon were the Verman Orion (60+04?), 100 sqn Hawks XX255 CB and XX332 CD (Both departedabout 4pm to the Moray firthbeforeheading back to Leeming) and arriving at about 5pm was Puma XW214 F.

Of the based...non movers were Poseidons 801, 802 and 804. 803 landed at 4.30. 805 departed at 3pmand was airborne in the local area when I left at 6.

Typhoons flying were ZK327 and ZK378 (6sqn marks) then ZK426 and ZK434

Hope this is of use.
Its gonna rain, its gonna rain till the levee breaks, a tidal wave of fear and pain washes us away, another fight into the night until nothing else remains, how do we find harbour from the Hurricane?
