Lossiemouth Activity

Post by timtam » Sun May 16, 2021 10:56 am

Having not been able to visit Lossiemouth for about a decade, I may have the chance to go for a while tomorrow. I'm wondering how much activity Lossiemouth gets these days and if there are any particular times of day its are busiest? Hope this is ok to ask!

Just be aware that Lossie is in Moray which is remaining in Level 3 and not dropping to Level 2 so travel from a lower level to a higher level is not permitted
That said Lossie has been very quiet over last few weeks as most of Sqn's are away or going small amount of typhoon and P8 activity and the German P3 has been out most days but later in the day

I really do feel for all you guys up in Moray with the Covid Situation, Being from Edinburgh would love to come up for a spot of Plane Spotting but can't due to restrictions not being able to travel to different Covid Areas etc. All I can say is Stay Safe etc.
