As expected a quiet day here following the Bank Holiday weekend
Noted between 1100 and 1545
RW 23 in use till 1300 then RW 05

NO Visitors
USAF C-130 c/s Strix 40 overflew to south of field at 1140 before going low level ( Loch Ness)

Typhoons
ZK 351/351 plus another unidentified departed at 1130 c/s Ascot 9711Flt
ZJ 924/924 (WS-J) landed 1212 (Chute deployed) c/s Batman 11
ZK 324/324 Venom 21 depart 1307 return 1535
ZK 360/360 Venom 22 depart 1307 return 1535
ZK 431/431 Spartan 11
ZK 425/425 Spartan 12
ZK 349/349 Spartan 14 all three depart 1455
ZK 343/343 Spartan 13 depart 1456
ZK 329/329 Lossie -- depart (perf.t/off) at 1500

N.B. The rough road towards 23 is closed both to cars and pedestrians (possibly for 2 weeks) due to renewed fencing work taking place all along that track.

Hi Al just to let you know they are laying a cable along the track I had a nosey along yesterday and found a small compound with a site cabin and loads black plastic ducting the men said they are hoping to be finished in 2 weeks but is tough going

Al , ZK329/329 may have been Lossie 02, pretty sure I heard that callsign after 3pm.

329 did use call-sign Lossie 02 yesterday. Preferred not to refer to it as when Squadron C0's or Station Commander have their own personal ones.
