Having been away last week returned to again find it very quiet.
Noted between 1035 and 1500
RW in use 23 until 1215 then RW 05

Visitors
ZM 333 Phenom T1 of 45Sqn (overshoot) at 1146 c/s CWL 40
G-MAJA Bae 41 Jetstream of Eastern in at 1210 depart 1338 c/s E Flt 103/104

Local Typhoons
ZK 353/ 353 Noted in wash bay before being towed to E Hard
Only 6 Sqn flying
ZK 334/334 Turbo 31Flt
ZK 364/364 (In 2Sqn mks) both a/c depart 1415
ZK 426/426 Venom 42 depart 1420
ZK 313/313 Venom 41 depart 1455

Fencing work being done either side of 23 threshold but will not be a problem for viewing/photography.

2 aircraft out and about after dark doing high level circuits no idea which ones and nothing on ADSB

Sorry for my being dumb, I’ve not been to Lossiemouth, what and where is the e hard? What’s it like to spot there?

E Hard apron area within southern HAS complex used solely by 2 Squadron. Partly visible from nearby public road.
All the other hardstandings ( A,B,C,D and L) are much easier to view.
Suggest if coming to Lossie have a look at airfield map online showing runways etc. Also look on Lossie section for viewing details.
