Up to date Lossiemouth frequencies?

Post by FuriousGM » Mon Apr 06, 2015 8:24 am

Was looking to head up to Lossie sometime during JW. Does anyone have an up to date list of frequencies or a link to them? Any help would be gratefully appreciated!

The main frequencies you'll need are:

Ground/Tower - 118.90
Approach - 123.30
Departures - 119.35
Ground - 268.625
Tower - 279.050
Departures - 308.85
Approach - 234.875
Second Approach - 277.875
Director 258.70
Talkdown - 244.375
Second Talkdown - 369.20

If you want the ops frequencies:

Lossie Ops - 369.30
Robuk (15 Sqn) - 386.825
Moonshine (1 Sqn) - 360.7
Boxkite (2 Sqn) 339.85
Can - Opener (6 Sqn) - 234.050

I'm guessing Hunter Ops will be 369.30, but hopefully get confirmation soon.
Cheers Niall

Niall/All,

Can you confirm "last heard" dates for the above; helps those who keep databases accurate. Would also appreciate the callsign on the 2 Sqn Ops Room - it used to be MELBOURNE when down at MRH. Will Hunter Ops be a specific Sqn or station ops?

All the frequencies above are current and all have been used daily this past week.
2 Sqn's Ops callsign is 'Boxkite'.
Hunter Ops is usually the base Ops frequency but had previously been 360.7 and 339.85 before 1 and 2 Sqn respectively took those frequencies. Unfortunately I wasn't able to determine the frequency for Hunter Ops during the last JW but hopefully someone will post it if it's known.
Cheers Niall

H Niall,

Great update, are you able to tie up studs for the units?

Thanks
Stuart
