Mildenhall MC=130J in this morning serial 13-5776 c/s Strix 67 first low approach Rw23 at 1128 more to follow.. Also approaches Rw05.

saw a couple of choppers in the vicinity … flying west to east about noon? could have been Merlins or bigger. was in Elgin at the time.

contact lenses in so I cannot ID from the back of my camera

Merlin HM1 ZH856 c/s Navy 535 was showing on FR24 in locality around midday before routing north to Orkney / Shetland islands.

There was a pair, arrived from Prestwick.
Conducted a rotors running refuel on Echo before heading to Sumburgh.

A trio of R.Navy Merlins just passed overhead Orkney low-level at 13:05L heading south. Presumably the 2 mentioned above plus another. None of them plotting.

Sadly not, different three and were Navy 750 flight which landed at Kinloss.
Fridays pair were Navy 535
