USAF Dornier 146 at Glasgow

Two USAF Dornier 146 have just departed Glasgow heading north RCH1046 and RCH1048, 95-3058 and 11-3097 respectively. Both arrived around 10:30, so presume a fuel stop.
No idea what happemed to RCH1047....

RCH1047 callsign would be an Eastbound flight.
