On PP near Stansted is "TESTID02", hex 710267, at FL280.....might be your man

I have 760 as hex 710262.
and so do mil mode-s

delving into my dusty old logbook I first noted it outside at warton on 6/02/87 and it is CS006 ex BS.163, not BT048
it departed warton on delivery with 759 on 24/2/87 which was (ex) BT.048 and serial 760.
HTH and doesn't add more to the apparent confusion.
