No it wasnt IPA5 that was up this afternoon (Thurs 28/5).
"WTN10" in IPA6 (ZJ938) seen on climbout 25 @ 1432L. Went to Aberporth Range. Seen just off Lytham at 1516L on straight in for rwy07. Carried an interesting looking, "bulky", mostly y/bk marked store under the port wing possibly a Paveway LGB but no guidance unit attached to nose which was pointed but had fins at rear end. IPA6 also carrying a centreline camera pod (modified fuel tank). Presume up for either a stores jettison rehearsal or aborted an actual drop (as opposed to a firing).

Was at FL260 but still couldnt see over the Fylde in a blue sky...hdg 286°.
I notice the serial given on adsbexchange for this hexcode (AE61FD) is
"18-20985" which is dodgy. Serial 16-5880 c/n 5880 on PlaneFinder which appears correct but should this actually be a FY18?? D/d 17/9/19??

FY16 is correct, that's when it was ordered.

The FY18 serial displayed is a UH-60M as there's a block of them using codes already assigned. I think the C-130 codes are correct so I've asked for them to be changed on ADS-B Exchange.

Yes, ashleydaplanespotter, "Tarnish 69" is up in a single seat 41TES marked jet (ZK356/BS117), but is recovering back now (1423L). Did a supersonic run initially at FL400 (1347-1351L) after dep off 07 @1335L. Just seen over Lytham @ 1426L W>E for ILS rwy25. Think he did another ILS then repositioned for a SRA (Talkdown) to rwy07 and seen just off Lytham @ 1444L. Did at least 2 t/gs 07 (1447/49L) plus a low approach before land @ 1453L. Only store appeared to be a (white) GPS pod on R/H ITSPL (Integrated Stores Pylon Launcher?) where AIM-9Ls & ASRAAMs are carried.
