I must have provided 99% of this f/f & d/d data to Tom McGhee at UK Serials (Hawk and Typhoon) in last 15years+...incl the last known flt date for ZJ951, assuming it was a last flt date!Vulcanone wrote: ↑Mon Mar 23, 2020 11:02 amThis is linked elsewhere on FC, but suggests the last Hawk at Warton is now wfu

Re: March 2020 Logs/Movements
Corona virus (COVID-19) and Warton movements.
I know Valley was flying yeaterday but no PDs from there recorded sofar this week. Difficult to assess the impact on Warton development ("test") flying as so little takes place anyhow. However, all employee shuttle ops (daily to Farnborough/Coningsby/Marham & weekly to Munich) appear to have been suspended from this week. Also the weekly airfreight flt to taif (saudi) via Paphos/Akrotiri, presumably in support of typhoon ops, appears to have stopped, using the West Atlantic UK (Atlantic A/L) B733SF G-JMCM (most of the time).

Hi all,
I have been informed from 11:30am the Warton site is to be shut down with only minimal movements available, unsure on how flights will be effected.

Woodvale still active I notice. Valley was busy yesterday mostly texan and heli sorties, no texans came anywhere near Warton (as per usual). Valley appears inactive so far today except daily Cardiff J-41 shuttle which left there earlier (0917z).

Re: March 2020 Logs/Movements
Obviously I was wrong... G-JMCM seen on climbout off Lytham @ 1150z today flt no. "BAE(Felix)101", showing on tracker sites Warton-Paphos-Warton (PlaneFinder) and Warton-Akrotiri on FR24, latter most likely correct. suspect then onwards to taif from Cyprus. saudis still want their typhoon bits (and whatever else they play with) with or without the coronavirus pandemic.Tarnished1 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 24, 2020 10:43 amCorona virus (COVID-19) and Warton movements.

Over the Top (local area)
KC-10A 86-0029 [AE01E0] "Blue 11" 60thAMW Travis AFB Ca, coasted in over the Wyre just east Fleetwood @ 1649z FL210 i/b the Hall.
Had been dragging 3xGAF EF2000s on trail (Retro 61-63) but these had split from "Blue 11" over Scotland direct MAM then direct CUTEL.
