"WTN10" up for a "role demo" presumably in front of a (potential) customer.Performance T/o on 25 @ 1345L."Demo" ran for 3 mins or less and dep to N/NW. Looked like BT17. Seen inbound over the Fylde just nth of Lytham @ 1504L, wide d/wind 25 & landed 1507L. Went back to gun butts?
A319-115CJ LX-GVV seen climbout 25 @ 1410L
"SVW 39VV" Global Jet Lux SA (bound to be a tax haven flag of convenience reg); arr 0930L & parked by Tower.

LX-GVV A319-CJ nice little taxi for Qatar visitors I believe.

I could barely make it out in the haze/"milky" high cloud. Just off Fylde coast 1410L trailing well. Callsign "FAF4040" @ FL390.

2x Puma HC2 (in formation) passing just to east Lytham (west of Warton) @ 1417L hdg nth. "Warlock 1/2"? One of them most likely ZA940 [43C2AA] as a "hit" from mode-S site in Tarporley @ 13:06Z.

I believe they are operating out of Woodvale until tomorrow..

Seen these two Pumas the last few nights very late over Preston.
They both landed at the police HQ at 1.30 am this morning making a hell of a noise,great stuff.
They then went to Woodvale.

PS although not related to Warton or immediate local area another Puma HC2 XW213 "Warlock3"
was showing in the Kirkby area at around 1510L
on adsb down to about 150ft. Hence my guess at callsign for pair.

wonder if they'll do an approach through either Blackpool or Warton...just passed east abeam Lancaster hdg sth...(1120L).
Update Local Area: Pair texans seen in loose echelon formation over Lytham @ 1124L hdg SW (RTB) - didn't do an approach at either BPL or WRT. Actual callsign was "Rocket" with ZM331 showing a previous callsign used yesterday pm.

Strikey G-FLYY airborne off 07 @ 1142L "WTN14" as per usual. Landed 25 @ 1222L after
circuits etc.
BT17 seen on climbout off 25, up coast @ 1240L
flown by "WTN69". Seen over Fylde (local area) from 1245L-1300L approx appeared to be in a left hand orbit/racetrack pattern. Noted again @ 1419L over Lytham in left hand descent for wide downwind to rwy 25; manouvred briefly over field & landed 1424L.

Or could be replacement for BAE 146 - G-TYPH? (last flew on 26/6)
G-OWTN has been flying today on usual Farnborough run (BAE41 & BAE42 on RTB)

G-OFLX showing as not long departed heading for Munich

Go Felix/G-OFLX? "Felix" is callsign for BAES Corporate Aircraft Transport (CAT) so seems apt reg. Presume 146 going. Interesting callsign for Hawk "Chaos"? 3 Sqn callsign!
