Careful.

It will not be confirmed until the actual order has been signed - which will not be until the details have been hammered out and put onto paper.

An MoI is just saying that they intend to buy.....and nothing else. They could still back out - unlikely, yes, but in theory it could still happen.

Tony Osbourne on twitter doubted that they would have finally assembly here,and it would be in Saudi.
