OTT Runcorn 06/02/2019 Northbound

At about 13:20 an AAC Gazelle went over Runcorn on the low level route heading north only info its gave call sign of AAC541. Picture seen on one of the local websites at the last two numbers of the serial are ***69. Any info regarding full id of same would be appreciated.
