Increased Flying 6th Nov-6th Dec

Increased flying at Leeming from 6th Nov to 6th Dec, I wonder if this is anything to do with the Swiss and Scotnight? The article indicates various aircraft.

I think that's pretty self explanatory. Scot night exercise missions are flown on those dates

Is it limited to 16.00 hours? Some of the NOTAMs show 22.00.

If it’s 22.00 then it may be feasible for me to travel up after work some nights.

Maybe there were to be two exercises running parallel, as the official Leeming site said "The Station will be hosting various multi-national aircraft".
Yorknight hours are showing as above, but as you say the NOTAM is until 22.00 hours and true to form the F-18s are flying into the evening.

Solves that one then, I was under the impression the airfield was active till 22.00 tonight.

Taxying now according to the Leeming FB page. As the original NOTAM states, they could be flying upto 22:00 tonight.

I did drive by Leeming tonight around 2 hours ago and 4 aircraft were in the circuit

Probably coming up on Tuesday but I have noted they seem to be flying from late afternoon onwards when it must already be quite dark - hope they are readable

Could someone please tell me what time the viewing area carpark gate has opened in the morning & closed on an eve as I'll be down on Tue and Wed & hope to stop late.

Not sure when it opens but it was 7pm when it shut when i was there last week
