39212 dep destination unknown at 0912L c/sign Quebec 99. It landed back with 257 & 285 which had got airborne as Stakki 57/55 resp at 1441L. These were the last 3 to land back.

Lunchtime "wave"
Croc 31/32 247+289 up 1214-1351L
Croc 33/34 264+269 up 1200-1310L
Stakki 35/36 283+286 aborted pairs dep 1208L & stream takeoff 1215L. Landed back 1314/1315 (283 overshoot 1313)
Stakki 37/38 274+257 pairs T/O 1228L. Landed back 1406L.

2x Pave Hawk "Jolly 11 Flt " arr 1340L and dep along rwy hdg to north at 1443L.
Photoproofed as 206 + 212
I did not note 39276 either flying or on ground throughout day -had it already departed? 222 was towed from HAS area and remained on fltline as spare.

We've had two pairs of Gripens - CROC 15/16 & 17/18 - on Cape Wrath Range this morning.

You won't see any Gripens depart on Friday unless there is a straggler or two left over from today.

It looks like it as 10 are up and 2 are left and pilots are just walking to the final 2 and the first sortie wen up 2 hours ago

I might be wrong but been told when they went up this morning they were calling swedish something on radio not just normal callsigns

A helpful chap from the airfield management team has just popped over to the crash gate at the south end to advise that the Swedes have returned home today
