39212 dep destination unknown at 0912L c/sign Quebec 99. It landed back with 257 & 285 which had got airborne as Stakki 57/55 resp at 1441L. These were the last 3 to land back.
Lunchtime "wave"
Croc 31/32 247+289 up 1214-1351L
Croc 33/34 264+269 up 1200-1310L

I did not note 39276 either flying or on ground throughout day -had it already departed? 222 was towed from HAS area and remained on fltline as spare.
HTH anyway

We've had two pairs of Gripens - CROC 15/16 & 17/18 - on Cape Wrath Range this morning.

Re: Exercise Joint Warrior - October 2016
Anyone know about departures on Friday. I may have the day off and fancy a trip down if there's possibly departures and transports happening.
Thanks

You won't see any Gripens depart on Friday unless there is a straggler or two left over from today.

No worries. Most people were saying Friday. I'll keep an eye out on here and Facebook and make a decision in a bit.Apache123 wrote:I might be wrong but been told when they went up this morning they were calling swedish something on radio not just normal callsigns

A helpful chap from the airfield management team has just popped over to the crash gate at the south end to advise that the Swedes have returned home today
