Four 'Little Birds' took off and headed north at 13:00 and as I left at 14:10 some of the A10's were being prepared for flight with pilots in cockpits .
Two Islanders were around this morning , two possibly three Lynx as well as the based Hawks and Tutors .

But they are flying today and that's not NOTAM'ed, so who knows!!

Heard at least 1 of the above A-10's , could have been Boar 01 but it sounded like 401 working Spade on 282.050 , dep back to Leeming at 16.06 approx with Spade handing him over to the Leeming director .

'Little Bird' is the name given to the AH/MH-6 helicopters, same as 'Thunderbolt II' is the A-10 or 'Chinook' is the CH-47.

Hi everyone.

Just wondering what the flying will be like this Friday the 15th (ie) can we expect a full day?, I could be in the area in the afternoon, be worth while dropping in for look.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
