So far I've heard that The Reds, Tutor, GR4 Role Demo, Spit and Lancaster and the Blades are displaying.

Does anyone know where the display line is at Leeming, is it runway 16/34 with the main hangars been crowd centre or do they use the cross runway 04/22 again with the main hangars been crowd centre?

Just trying to work out where best to view is, i'm guessing the viewing area will be closed for the event?

I've just noticed the GR4 Role Demo is not scheduled on there offical dates, does anyone know if they are actually coming?

I've also seen on the website that they're not coming, plus, on Twitter they have said they are not coming.

I hope they are though!!

Further to my post in the 'Viewing area' thread and after having a pop at the Leeming PR I've just received these notes which I post with a slice of
humble pie ;

"Because of the weather expected over Leeming tomorrow, things are not looking good.
The Lancaster will not (as we speak!) be flying during the day, but is scheduled to do a flypast at 1930 then land to taxi to 100Sqn.
Unsure at present what is to fly and not to fly and timings may slip.
Flying will commence as planned at 1200 with the Blades; followed by 100 Sqn Role demo at (1230).
Followed by Tutor, Spitfire (1330) Blades Depart (1400) Tucano (1410) Chinook (1430) Merlin (1430) Red Arrows (1600)
Lancaster and Spitfire (1930+)
Timings are all flexible."

Best I can do and if coming bring a brolly..........

AC arrive at/between following times:

1000 Alphajet
Isaacs Fury
Merlin
Chinook
Reds
Tutor
Blades
1120 Hawk

Displays start with Blades at 1200

Not sure if that is a singleton Reds or the whole team . Perhaps the weekend weather forecast is making the MOD change their flying display schedules ?

I have been up to Leeming in the hope of seeing the Role demo practice which we assumed was with a pair of GR4.s however on wednesday they called up on the scanner role demo inbound in 5 minutes and it was 4 Leeming Hawks chasing each other about and doing various formation passes
also in the morning the Hawks did the same thing so if I was a betting man I would think all this role demo talk is going to be with the very same 4 Leeming Hawks

Was at Northallerton today.Saw the chasing hawks at around 1.20pm then later saw The Reds running in about 4pm
