Looking at various Facebook posts J-5238 departed home on Monday 25th and J-5008 has appeared as replacement at some point as it flew this afternoons sortie.

Hi SamP, I agree that posts suggest J-5238 did depart on Monday, but J-5008 has been here since arrival day on Monday 11th

Apologies, that was my mistake with the original list. Thanks for the correction!

I believe J-5019 and J-5023 are the only ones that have not visited.

Hi All you North East spotters I met several weeks ago at the viewing area.
The Swiss had just started their evening/night work at that time. I heard Germanic sounding chat going back too Leeming this Fiday at around 16:00 from my home Qth. From that I presume the Swiss F15 Hornets are still at Leeming ? If I am correct, when do they plan to go home for Xmas ?
Just one little question for you locals. Why have the RAF not stopped and dismantled the old airfield zone radar dish ?
Just a little reminder to all that the entrance to the viewing area is now only a car width with a height bar above also. One expensive electric car owner did not notice on my last visit and created some sculpture work on his rear near side wing  expensive ! You have been warned !
"A Rhubarb" is a sortie of opportunity !

I saw J-5023 on 15/07/22 at RIAT. So although it has not participated in Yorknite it has visited the UK. I have still to see J-5019. Perhaps at Yorknite 2025!

Apologies if this has been asked before but: Does anyone "Really" know if the jets are going home Thursday or Friday as there seems to be uncertainty? (and yes I'm aware the exercise was planned until Friday but ...)

Hi Mike, appreciate you're response and I'm very aware of the last two years departures, but that's history and doesn't mean anything regarding this year.

Hopefully, some facts will will come out within the next 24/48 hours.

Regards

I would think their departure would depend on whether they had got all their training done or not.

Been back out again at 5.30.
5008 Sixpack 43 returned early with an issue and was showing on the tracking sites

SIXPACK 43 called ops with his issue but I couldn’t quite hear what the problem was.
He requested straight in to land on Leeming approach.
