I know the Harrier GR3, being 3 Sqn's 'mascot', has moved with the Squadron and is now present on the HAS side of RAF Coningsby (aircraft is visible from the mound)

The Spitfire F21 LA255 belonging to 1 sqn is currently in storage at Coningsby with the BBMF. I would expect that should 4 sqn ever reform they would to keep the Hunter. I see no reason why the FAA could not take both the FA2 back to Yeovilton for safe keeping, pending further gate gaurd duties. The Harrier GR3 on the gate may well stay in situ, but I suspect it may not be in the best of condition.
As the Harrier GR1 returned to Wittering and the recent gate gate swap it would be interesting to know what plans there are for the historic fleet at Wittering ? They all ready have T4 and T8 Harriers, the GR1 and the ex gate GR3, so one of the FA2's would complete the set.

I think you will find an RAF 'Heritage Park' forming at Wittering, showing off all the RAF varients (GR1, GR3, T4, GR7/9). RN assets will most likely go to Yeovilton.

Reported on another Forum that both Sea Harrier FA2 from Cottesmore have arrived at Yeovilton for storage and Harrier T8 from Wittering is due to move next week.
