UPDATED: FC position during Lockdown

PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES FOR POSTING WITHIN THE FORUM OVER THE NEXT FEW WEEKS

If you live anywhere in England or Wales:

Photography posts featuring photos taken during the English lockdown which began at 00:00 on Thursday 5th November 2020 and Welsh lockdown which began at 00:00 on Friday 23rd October 2020 will be deleted and the user banned and deleted from the forum. Log posts from military bases in England or Wales posted after 00:00 05/11/20 will be deleted and the user banned and deleted from the forum. Requests for information about base activity in England or Wales posted after 00:00 05/11/20 will be deleted and the user banned from the forum.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland:

As of 00:00 08/11/20 the restrictions in Scotland and Northern Ireland do not require the admin or moderating team to take the same measures for posts made during this period of time but please note that this could change at any time and posts can continue as normal for those who live in Scotland and Northern Ireland but please note that requests for information on base activity in these areas is banned to discourage people travelling from other areas - if you see someone requesting information about base activity please report it to a member of the team.

DO NOT TRAVEL between Tiers in Scotland If you live in an area of Scotland that allows you to travel freely (i.e between two Tier 1 counties) or you are from an area in a tier that allows you to continue as normal you may continue to post photography and base logs only - requests for information on base activity will be deleted and the user banned from the forum.

Please note that this update on the Fighter Control policy on Covid-19 will require more policing and the admin/moderator team will need your help to identify anyone flouting the rules - if you see a post which you think may be in violation of the rules please flag it to us by reporting the post and/or messaging a member of the team.

We must all do our part, no matter how small it may be, in keeping the wider population safe. These are unprecedented times in our generation and we will be monitoring the situation accordingly. Comments are turned off on this post and any posts made which debate this will also be removed.
