It's a Beech 350 I believe having looked into it. Thus making it a Shadow R1 in military terms.

It's mentioned here - http://www.dtvmovements.co.uk/Info/Stats_mil11.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The Shadows and Nimrod use Vulcan call sign out of waddington. With the Nimrod not flying at the present time then i would say it would be a Shadow. Possibly ZZ418 as he was out and about yesterday using this call sign.

Clueless_Geezer wrote:VULCAN01 was ZZ418 today, he was using the VULCAN callsign on the ground, but slipped up and used WIDGET01 for one call until approach corrected him, then continued to use VULCAN01 for the rest of his flight. These slips are a fairly common thing to happen, especially as the Shadows normally operate under WIDGET callsigns.

VULCAN is a Waddington station callsign, the Nimrods used to regularly operate as VULCAN51 and VULCAN52.
