Last I heard was due 1630 today, but it's not tracked since leaving East coast of Brazil on Tuesday.

The arrival day and time has changed at least 4 times in the past three days.

It's coming to take the large scaffolding they use to service the radar dome, appears to be the only spares they are taking now.
whats going to happen to the SIM are they keeping and the French still using it Mike

Which simulator are you enquiring about Baz?

The dynamic (flight deck) or the mission?

The dynamic will remain where it is, continuing to be utilised by the French and Saudis as it has been for the past few years. The Chileans will also now be utilising it.

The Chileans are taking a multitude of special to type ground support equipment including various carts as part of the deal, although not necessary on this trip

Like all of us the years catch up on you eventually. A 50 year old Herc is probably saying to itself, who came up with this brainwave of sending me all the way to Waddington? I am too knackered :D

Callsign has changed for tomorrow, FAC 999 - which if is correct and they follow the callsign to serial number, is a KC-130H.

Due late afternoon.

You are correct Baz - was looking at two lines at the same time.

Not been able to find any tracking on it.

i cant find anything on it Mike as yet, if you type FAC999 in search on ADS-B it comes up with unassigned reserved
for future use.
for anyone interested have a look on Youtube at Fach Chilean Airforce Great Military Parade 2018.

Does anyone know what time the WAVE closes today, with FAC999 potentially arriving around 5pm?

Cheers, Lee.

I've asked the question Lee - if not you can park at the old pull in just to the north of the wave, or at the crash gate they used to use for the arrivals days at airshows, room for plenty up there.

Worst case would be the entrance to the fire training place, park on the left of the entrance lane.
