Yes, but RIAT did not happen in 2008.. but it had already arrived.

Last I heard was due 1630 today, but it's not tracked since leaving East coast of Brazil on Tuesday.

The arrival day and time has changed at least 4 times in the past three days.

It's coming to take the large scaffolding they use to service the radar dome, appears to be the only spares they are taking now.
