The air display NOTAM is still live for 20th - 23rd 10.00-17.45 up to 12,000ft, but the Typhoon display completed its last show yesterday, so unsure what this is for?
Potential fly pasts at some point maybe? Any ideas?

Re: AirPower Expo at Waddington
There was an a400 in thursday evening i think, not sure if it has stayed.
From wandering around previous years its more about what the different roles personel play and the equipment they use from mobile radar sites to search and rescue equipment.
Re: AirPower Expo at Waddington
I was just comparing with what Airframes have arrived in past Airpower Expo at least the US navy are present again.

Is there a Jag at Waddington?
Would have thought there will be a Typhoon and a F-35?

Re: AirPower Expo at Waddington
Go for it Pete. Please tell me where you can shoot a Sentinel, P-8 & E-3D at night for £22.50? Some people just love to moan at anything.
Re: AirPower Expo at Waddington
I dont see it as a moan. He said he likes active shots. I know a lot of people that dont like photographing planes on the ground. Static shots are not for everyone.James Cutting wrote: ↑Mon Oct 21, 2019 10:57 amGo for it Pete. Please tell me where you can shoot a Sentinel, P-8 & E-3D at night for £22.50? Re: AirPower Expo at Waddington
If static/night shots aren't for you, why whine on about having to pay to go and do it?
The shoot yesterday was good value, particularly compared with similar events from this and past years.
Although the aircraft present included a Puma and Typhoon the emphasis was on photographing the rarer/more interesting aircraft
in the shape of the Sentinel, P8, Defender and E3.
The evening was excellently organised and executed by a combination of COAP and the RAF and even included a bacon butty and a
brew in the asking price!
The RAF support crew were very accommodating and on hand to discuss their aircraft with interested parties and the based RAF personnel
were both accommodating and happy to discuss their respective roles- where else can you get to talk to an RAF Predator operator?
However, if you simply can't tear yourself away from the Strictly Come Dancing results show on a Sunday and would prefer to do that than
enjoy an interesting evening spent on an active RAF base, photographing rare aircraft at close quarters, then please allow others to do so.
Well done RAF and well done COAP for making it all work efficiently.
