One of the ex dodgy islanders - just can't keep away from a military airfield
Who says they aren't still 'dodgy'? :ninja:

I saw a white islander take of at 10:10 this morning. Presume this is the same aircraft.

Has anybody eyeballed this Islander at Waddo and can confirm it is G-BJOH - thanks.

Possibly doing twin training for RAF crews ( maybe Defender/Islander/Shadow related ) or other duties..............

Yes, I read G-BJOH when it took off yesterday.

Do islanders launch or do they float serenely into the air?
As they are still undertaking the same role, they always will.

I have no idea

I heard Bobcat 18 inbound to Waddington again yesterday. The pilots sound like they have a military background but that is just my general Impression - I don't want a black hawk hovering over my house and men in black kicking in the front door!

Another Spylander has been spotted today, white with red lines from front to back. Registered as G-BJEC ex Zh537.
