Is there generally quite a lot of space along the grass verge? I understand the hedge has been trimmed, but would you still need a small step ladder possibly? Thanks

Re: Car parking and viewing at Waddington.
planning my first trip to Waddington for next Tuesday, can anyone just answer a quick question, I have been told to get there early and wait in the overflow carpark until the main car park opens then move to that but looking goggle maps i am unable to work out which the over flow car park is, so I was stood out on the road looking into the main car park would the over flow be on the left or the right.
Thanks in advance

Re: Car parking and viewing at Waddington.
The overspill carpark is the first entrance to the South of the WAVE carpark on the same side of the road on the A15, it has a red sign at the entrance that says 'Emergency services training centre' (or similar).
Re: Car parking and viewing at Waddington.
If you look on Google maps it's directly to the right of the main car park. There's two rough patches that look like big sperm and a little sperm swimming in opposite directions. The road is marked up as Hem Wy.

Looking like RWY02 tomorrow and has been today, are they relatively low by the WAVE or are they up like rocket ships?!
Thanks.

Re: Car parking and viewing at Waddington.
I'm assuming they will taxi back down to the wave end on return if using 02 .

Seems everyone in this post who's asked has said 7.30. Think the overspill can be used till they open.
