Morning all, there should be a few displays this afternoon at Waddington, I’m not sure exactly when and what however.

Any ideas what the display was all about? It was pretty good though and the weather was superb!

It was the 1 Group Industry Day - I think a similar event was held at Coningsby last year.

The display consisted of the following :

* RAF Falcons - jumping from Dornier 228 C-FPSH
* Red Arrows
* Typhoon Solo Display - ZJ917
* F-35B Lightning II - ZM169
* Avro Lancaster PA474

On static were A400M ZM411 and Typhoon ZK340 which both departed after the event.

* Also seen were a trio of C-295s, CC-2 of the Finnish Air Force and 026 and 027 from Poland.
* Red Arrow Hawk T.1 XX221 also arrived from Valley - new airframe for the Reds.
