First grobs delivered

The first two Prefect T1s were delivered to Cranwell yesterday they arrived carrying G-MFTS & G-MEFT and will become ZM300 & ZM301 in due course

Anyone know if these have flown yet? Just had a Grob over Spalding, South Lincs and it sounded more meaty than the normal one

Came back a few mins later looked like a old one, pilot must have just been given it some :lol:

Yes, on Wednesday 16th at 3-15pm G-MEFT took off.G-MFTS was missing so could have been in the air.
They were both on the apron 9-30 am,same day.

They'll be operated from RAF Cranwell & Barkston Heath.

You won't see the 120s out and about for quite some time. :)

They look a bit reminiscent of the old Bulldog.

Look forward to catching a few of these Super Dogs when they start flying.

I thought that! Canopy is quite different, but the rest is very similar.
I trained on Pups from Sywell, which was basically an underpowered Bulldog.

G-CGYG and YH are showing of Felixstowe on FR24, are these 2 more on delivery?

Just seen a new grob shoot past my window in ruskington. Those things dont hang about and look very smart.
