RAF Coningsby Families Day - 12th June 2010

Hi everyone. Just thought i would start a thread on the Coningsby Families Day, so that updates can be posted regarding the flying display and any other info about this event.
I have seen no info about the flying display yet, though im guessing the Typhoon and BBMF will be almost certain participants.
Anyone have any further info.

It's probably a little early yet, however the 12th is also QBF so there should be the launch and recovery of the flypast jets. Assuming of course we can afford a flypast this year.

Hopefully, it will be a good turn out! I think you may get a bit more than a couple of Chippy's in formation! Hehe x

Any chance you can get the day changed for me LMP?? My wife works all day Saturday and I have to babysit !!!!..

Its always been on a Saturday in the past. Personally im glad as if it were in the week i would have to book the day off work.
I see Coningsby is not the Tucano display calendar for 2010, unless they have only put the public events on the list, because there are no families days on their calendar at all, and i cant imagine it not attending any families days at all
