I had a check up from the neck up last month in hospital so I think that bit should be ok!

Be neat if you could get some sort of dongle which you can attach to anything and links to a mobile app and yells when you go beyond 500 meters etc - Hive for ladders!

You could get a Steps CD which automatically plays when you turn on the ignition.

The Ladder was collected by the MPG and was in the Guard room.
