London flypast

Could any of you fine, numerically efficient people provide me with a serial for the Typhoon and Spitfire which took part in the Trafalgar Square flypast today, was stood at Tower bridge and just saw undersides :thumbs: still a great thing to see though, including the noise :clap:

The Spitfire was the BBMF MkII P7350 and I think the Typhoon was 17sqn coded AD but sorry dont know serial. Hope this helps. Rob

Perhaps this may be of use to you.

Spitfire OJ K lifted off at 1505hrs, Typhoon AD and Gauntlet on fin, 1507hrs. I was on the right of the C/L and both a/c banked slightly to the left. All my photo shots were very hurried [just leaving], into the light and the serial nos were obscured by the wing of each a/c.

If the Typhoon flies next week when I visited, I will try to catch the number. I will ask for the Spitfire's serial at the Visitor centre.
