If you read the article properly, the reports are from today, at 17.10 they then compare it to the 1st December QRA in the early hours of the morning.

That's why I double checked before posting to make sure,and I didn't see it reported elsewhere.
Also don't think 270.15 was used due to lack of reports and freq changes!

However, police have now confirmed that the loud noise was in fact an explosion at a workshop in Tottenham.
London Ambulance Service and the London Fire Brigade also attended the scene after a cylinder blew up, resulting in one person being injured.
Met Police Haringey posted on Twitter: ‘A man sustained non life-threatening injuries after a suspected cylinder explosion at a workshop in Brantwood Road, #Tottenham #N17.’
So noise on 30th December was not the last QRA of 2019.
