So I take it there won't be anything operating from Coningsby in connection with the Scampton Airshow This Weekend? I recall a few Flying Display operating from Coningsby for the Waddington Airshow a few times, Take it Waddington will be hosting some of the Acts for Scampton with Coningsby being closed?

From what I've heard nothing is to be operating from Waddington this weekend, all flying will either be based at Scampton, or fly in from home bases.

Coningsby does open weekends as and when it needs to be, mainly for BBMF arrivals and departures.

OK, continuing Homer Simpson mode, I don't understand how that Notam suggests that the airfield is closed just on Friday. Be gentle...
