Hello

I noticed there's a notam for a display at Coningsby today at 1145-1245 GMT.

What's the likelihood of there being one?

Many thanks
Kenny

Bingo used to refer to a fuel state, Bingo plus 5 may suggest minimum fuel to RTB safely plus % for allowance, missed approach etc.
Then I could be totally wrong, it was 40+ yrs ago back seating.

Roadstar1845 is spot on, it indicates aircraft should return with sufficient fuel to go into the hold with minimum or 'bingo' fuel plus five minutes fuel as a safety margin.
