LLA Day Request

Good evening everyone.

Your help would be very mich appreciated if you could help a freind of mine who is wanting to visit Coningsby for this event on Sunday. I have tried to gain info on the event by visiting aviation forums, BBMF website and that of the LLA site also but I can not find anything other than the date. If you could help with any info (ie) times, displays that would be very much appreciated.

I don't know either, but have a look at last year :-

Post at bottom of Coningsby section, page 10, by roadstar1845 dated Fri Sept 26th and titled weekend activity.

Might give you a feel for what may be occurring - don't forget Lancaster is not available yet.

Thanks guys, for the help and info, with a bit of luck the BBMF website might provide some info tomorrow. I would of thought a Notam would have been filed.

It is a LLA members day and a ticket only. All tickets allocated.

Normally the day is just amazing. Try and get there before 11 and stay by the main car park viewing area. Historically the flying starts about 1ish but you might get a few flights earlier. The BBMF will try and put every aircraft up but this will be down to what's serviceable. The current C/O Dunc Mason hands over this year to Milli who will be the C/O till 2018. It's a great day with some fabulous flying. A lot of people go to the fence by the BBMF but I find its best a little bit further back.
