Weather is not looking good at all for Thursday, i wonder if they will change the date or would it just be canceled?

No, they wouldn't change/cancel a disbandment parade; it is only a flypast over the airfield.

The parade can always be held indoors

Correct. If the weather is carp, then they move the disbandment parade to a hangar and do it indoors and carry on without the flypast.

Although there was a disbandment parade at Lossie a good number of years ago(pre 2002), that got held in either 1 or 2 hangar because it was raining, but there was still a flypast which seemed pointless.

Don't panic yet. Three days until disbandment parade. Weather forecast has changed for Thursday three times for the rains onset. Until we know the time of the parade and when the rain front is due we need not worry.

Marham have posted a video on Facebook, the flypast is expected to happen at 14.15, take off just before 14.00 and landing at 14.30. 40 Knot wind expected :O

Farmers field now fully closed to spotters as it has been ploughed and sown

According to BBC weather on mobile, rain should have eased by afternoon. BUT, very strong w/n/w winds will still be blowing straight across the 01/19 runway.

The Typhoon is severely restricted in cross winds, and the F35 is even worse.

Whilst the F15s will happily press on at Lakenheath runway 24, I would not expect any F35 activity at all.

RAF Marham tweeted about 45 minutes ago to say a weather discussion was taking pace within the hour to discuss the possibilities of flying. Decision awaited.

Maybe it is but they're intending flying a Tornado today. :)
