I don't mean to be rude, but I think the only person struggling with this, and finds it difficult to understand, is yourself.

Six (6) F-35s arrived at Marham on Tuesday evening direct from the USA and the photos are in this thread :- viewtopic.php?f=16&t=178257

None have arrived today and it will be quite a while before any more arrive at Marham.

I have severe issues with my health too but I will not go into any details on here for all the world to see. I'm sorry to hear about yours' which you have already mentioned in previous posts.
Maybe you would do a lot better to keep up with developments with military aviation in the real world by ignoring most of the rubbish posted on Facebook?
