Impossible to say with any certainty but does seem a bit arbitrary to not deliver what's rightly due?

I suppose the RAF might be struggling with tanker availability? 2 damaged at Brize. 1 might be required to go off to India for the stranded F-35B off the CSG.

Either way, that's 8 still left in the US! I believe ZM176 has just made an appearance off the line as well.

The voyager that was sprayed paint flew into Prestwick last week.

Not sure on 2nd.
