First time I visited Marham was on a 52-seater coach on a CAS trip in August 1986 - We parked up at the 24 end in the late afternoon and watched the "new" 27 and 617 sqn Tornadoes flying and were then surprised as a detachment of 6 "SP" F-4E's and G's arrived for a squadron exchange. Is there anywhere you can leave your car up to a mile away say and walk to the approach end?
