They are in two lines under the sun sheds, how much you count is upto individual people. Obviously the only one that is 100% visible is cf-00 and the rest are lined up behind.pg1610 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 05, 2020 3:56 pmTwinstar
to confirm can you see all 10 airframes or just all 10 codes were confirmed'
apologies for asking what sounds a dumb question but I have come across spotters who are happy to claim a frame as long as they see any part with a number, so simply looking for confirmation 10 full aircraft can be seen and not 8 plus a couple of tails

Good info Johng , this info allows people to decide if making 200+ mile trips is worth the effort or not as clearly not all aircraft are countable from what you say I think i would be on 7/10 as well but would still like to see some photographic evidence of the sheds if any one has them before making a driveJohnng737 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 05, 2020 9:24 pmJust to add to the above, I visited this afternoon for a look:
Those in the left hand sun shed are easily visible through a nice large gap between trees/shelters codes read 00,06,04,07 and 01 all tails, tops of fuselages visible
Right hand sun shed much harder too see, gap through trees much smaller and angle not so good, 03 nose only visible, 09 next to it front half only, 02 and 25 were fine, not sure about the 10th one??
What I saw I was happy with 7 out of 10, I pass frequently so hopefully I can catch the others

Mark the question of how many to count is the issue, if you drive 400+ miles round trip and end up with only 2 or 3 because the interpretation of what one person counts is different to what you count then that becomes upsetting for that individualraameagle wrote: ↑Sun Sep 06, 2020 9:23 amPhil, all,
This is page 5 of this thread. On page 4 somebody has very kindly posted the co-ordinates of where to park and where to go to look into the sheds. A simple use of the 'ruler' on Google Earth will give you the distance from the road to the sheds.
There have been numerous posts above stating that not all of the ten F-35s are completely visible. Only when 'one' gets there and sees for themselves will 'one' be able to decide how many to count.
