Had an email from RAF Marham promising a further contact last week regarding the refund. Didn’t happen. Has anyone had substantive contact on this matter?

Many thanks to Base Commander Ian Cab Townsend for the invitation to Friends and family day. I have enjoyed a fantastic day. Some great flying and excellent photo opportunities

My work colleague couldn't go to F&F day, he dropped them a email on Wednesday re a update on the refund; he was told they were concentrating on the F&F day first, and would be in touch shortly after.
Loads of gear and no idea...
