313.550 went as a Talkdown freq to Valley where it currently resides. Think its mention in RAF docs at Mildenhall is an error as there is nothing in the DoD docs. Then again I don't suppose many - if any - UK crews have had need to call it.

APCO25 digital transmissions can be either secure or non-secure and work in the 410-422 MHz band. My old Uniden BCD396 picked it up fine at both Mildenhall and Lakenheath when I was last there.
