Frequency List Request

Hoping one of you guys can help... can you please enlighten me on the most up to date freqs for Mildenhall.

If you have a Google around, I'm sure you will find a list but I will give you a list of the primary ones, as these generally are the only ones you will need. There are many secondary frequencies for the approach (which is actually Lakenheath approach) but generally everything calls 309.2 all the time it is in use.

Ground 121.8, 337.975
Tower 122.55, 370.25
Approach 309.2, 136.5 I think is the VHF one but this gets busy with civil moves through the zone which tend to clog up your scanning mode.
Banter 313.55
ATIS 375.5
